Frequently Asked Questions
What is the digital twin creation process?
Creating digital twins involves 3D scanning of an existing physical space. Scanning is done with specialized cameras that record data about the volume of the space and simultaneously capture photos for texturing the 3D information.
How long does the process take?
Everything depends on the area of the space and the complexity of the internal division (in rooms and floors). The estimated time for a space of 50 square meters is one hour, and in the case of spaces of 5,000 square meters, the process can take up to 12 hours.
What is the delivery time?
Regardless of the scanned surface, the delivery time is 1-2 working days. However, if the additional options chosen require it, the delivery may take up to 7 working days. Once delivered, the virtual tour can be used as such and shared online.
What is the cost for such a project?
The area of the scanned space determines 90% of the project cost. The final price may also be influenced by the complexity of the execution, the city in which the objective is located or the additional options added.
What is the lifespan of a digital twin?
Digital twins benefit from 12 months of online hosting on a Cloud platform dedicated to displaying 3D spaces. The duration of the online hosting can be extended later, indefinitely, at intervals of one year.
Are there any subsequent costs?
There is a recurring cost paid annually to extend the hosting and technical support period. Additional costs may occur for additional options requested after delivery.
